The service was friendly but required multiple requests for basic items. The location was convenient for getting around but suffered from traffic noise. The dining was reasonably priced with a good variety, although extra charges for parking were unexpected.

The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a Keurig coffee machine but lacks coffee cups. The bed is cozy, and the breakfast buffet is delightful. The pool and fitness room are also great, providing a pretty view of the lake from upper floors.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative aspects. The room was clean, spacious, and had thoughtful amenities like a coffee bar, fridge, and microwave overlooking a scenic lake, but I was disappointed that I wasn't allowed to sit at the bar, and I felt that the room was a bit out-dated for the price they charge per night.

I loved staying at this hotel in downtown! The rooms had 2 A/C heating wall units, which was unique but gave off a cozy vibe. The service, especially from Craig, the shuttle driver, and Marlene, the waitress at Bite, was exceptional. The location was ideal for exploring the downtown area, and the dining experience left a bit to be desired. Overall, a mixed but mostly positive experience.
